Custom Built Intense Spider 29 times 2!

It’s been a busy winter despite the manic weather here in Virginia!  Two Intense Spider 29s left the shop this week!  The bike above is awaiting the arrival of a SRAM XX-1 drive train, and is built up with DT Swiss 350 hubs laced to Stans Arch rims, XT brakes, and Ritchey accessories.  The owner reports that it is a “sweet ride!”

And here’s a Intense Spider 29 Comp (carbon frame), with full XTR groupo, Fox Float 29 CTD 120mm fork with matching rear shock, FSA SL carbon bars, stem, and seatpost, Chris King headset, wheels: custom built with Chris King Hubs, Stans Arch EX rims, & matching red nipples.  For a bike with up to 5 inches of travel in the rear, it’s light-coming in at 26 pounds even.  This bike looks even better in person than in the picture if you can believe it!
